Add and organise the people you coach, and use the client profile to run the relationship.
Clients is your contact list — everyone you coach. Open the Contacts surface to add people, organise them by lifecycle, and jump into a full profile for each.

Add a contact
Create a contact with their name, email, and phone. Invited clients get their own app login.
Organise by lifecycle
Each contact carries a lifecycle phase — Lead, Active, At-risk, Dormant, or Churned — and a stage, so you can sort, filter, and focus on who needs attention.
The client profile (tabs)
Open a contact to get a tabbed profile that pulls their whole relationship into one place:
- Overview — the at-a-glance CRM view: details, lifecycle, activity timeline.
- Intelligence — coaching signals and summaries (coach view).
- Check-ins — their assigned forms and submissions.
- Conversations — message history.
- Habits — the habits they're building and their completion.
- Progress — metrics and progress over time.
- Feature Control — toggle which client-facing modules they see.
Note
The closed coaching tabs (Check-ins, Conversations, Habits, Progress) only appear for the contact's coach (or an owner/admin) — RLS enforces it on every read, defence in depth behind the nav.

Schedule a call or export a client's data right from the profile toolbar.
