What you'll learn
Choose the plan type
A plan is either a macros target (calories + a macro split) or a full meal plan built from meals.
Build it out
For a meal plan, assemble meals from your food and recipe library; for macros, set the targets.
Assign to a client
Assign the plan so it shows up for your client alongside the rest of their coaching.
